The training provides theoretical knowledge and shows its practical application. It is a unique combination of tips on how to follow the Scrum GuideTM and illustrate them in action.
The course contains many workshop elements, such as the use of Planning Poker cards, Scrum Board. It also includes drawing and analyzing Burn Charts.
The training prepares you for the Agile Business Consortium Scrum Master exam and for obtaining an international certificate.

The theoretical part takes less than half of the training time, the rest are practical exercises helping to acquire the necessary competences.
The course covers basic mistakes in implementing Scrum principles in an organization (ScrumBut) and supporting tools.
The training is conducted on English-language training materials.
Before the training, students receive additional materials that allow them to familiarize themselves with the basic concepts, which are then discussed in detail during the training.
The course is divided into modules. After each of them, sample exam questions are solved, which allows for gradual building of knowledge and effective preparation for the subsequent test.
