OMEC original training.

This training presents a proven approach to collecting requirements and building a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and a Product Breakdown Structure (PBS). It includes effective techniques for creating and optimizing schedules in projects. It also includes tasks related to the monitoring and control of work progress in relation to the schedule adopted.

The training is based on globally recognized project management standards and methods and on experience of the trainers who conduct the classes.

This training includes many practical exercises.
