Certification covers the material discussed during the training and the one assigned as the participants' own work.

The exam questions relate to the sample project scenario and Change Management issues.

You can use the official manual during the exam: „The Effective Change Manager’s Handbook”.

The Change Management Practitioner certificate is awarded for a period of 5 years.

Exam details:

• Duration: 2h 30 minutes (25% more time for non-native speakers)
• Volume: 4 groups of questions, each with 20 detailed questions (always 1 correct answer)
• Positive result: 50% correct answers (40 points)
• Language: Polish, English

The exam is available:

• on paper (during stationary training)
• in electronic version (during online training).
