The training is conducted on English-language training materials.
The TRIM model includes all the necessary processes, procedures, roles, templates needed to implement IT service management so that they are delivered in an efficient manner and provide the value expected by the business.
Foundation level knowledge of ITIL and the purchase of the "TRIM: The Rational IT Model, How to use IT Service Management" handbook is recommended. The handbook complements the training materials and extends the knowledge transferred during the training. It is not required to read the manual before training.
