The training covers the basic issues of IT service management and the description of the model that includes all the necessary processes, procedures, roles, templates needed to implement IT service management along with their adaptation to the requirements and specifics of small, medium and large organizations.

The course combines elements of a lecture, analysis of examples, exercises as well as group discussions and knowledge tests.

The training prepares you for the TRIM Foundation exam and for obtaining an international certificate.

Exam and certification

The training is conducted on English-language training materials.

The TRIM model includes all the necessary processes, procedures, roles, templates needed to implement IT service management so that they are delivered in an efficient manner and provide the value expected by the business.

Foundation level knowledge of ITIL and the purchase of the "TRIM: The Rational IT Model, How to use IT Service Management" handbook is recommended. The handbook complements the training materials and extends the knowledge transferred during the training. It is not required to read the manual before training.
