Implementation of IT service management in the organization.
The TRIM model is built based on a holistic view of organization management, takes into account the necessary functions required to provide IT services and escalation paths. This facilitates its integration and implementation in the organization as well as cooperation with external suppliers.
TRIM suggests a specific solution, called the reference model, which is a ready-made template that defines how ITIL® recommendations can be implemented.
The proposed model includes its adaptation to the requirements and specificity of small, medium and large organizations. A relatively easy to understand and implement model can be the basis for ISO / IEC 20000 certification.
Additionally, the model is available on an Open Source basis, which entitles its users to lawfully use, analyze, modify, and improve and extend existing products for free.
