The training is based on the knowledge of the basics of good practices in IT service management and the concept of their organization, it supplements the knowledge acquired during the course at the Foundation level.

The course provides the knowledge that enables the identification and implementation of service improvement initiatives. The main areas covered by the training are the implementation of Continuous Service Improvement (CSI), nine guiding principles and three critical competence areas: metrics and measurements, communication and organizational change management (OCM).

The training provides practical guidance on how to adopt and adapt ITIL practices so that you can effectively support the achievement of your organization’s business goals.

The training prepares you for the ITIL Practitioner exam and for obtaining an international certificate.

The training is available only for closed groups, priced individually.

Exam and certification

The training is conducted on English-language training material.

We recommend purchasing the ITIL Practitioner Guidance. The handbook complements the training materials and broadens the knowledge passed on during the training. We recommend that you read the manual before training. The handbook can be used during the ITIL Practitioner exam.

The training includes elements of presentation, exercises, discussions and knowledge tests. During the training, participants take a test similar to the one they will encounter during the certification exam.

During the training, participants are provided with valuable tips, comments and information necessary to pass the exam.

Students also get access to mock exams, which allow them to familiarize themselves with the structure of the test and to check their skills.

The exam questions relate to the sample project scenario and ITIL issues. These are tasks consisting in ordering the order of statements and determining whether the given explanation actually explains the given statement.

The ITIL Practitioner certificate is awarded for a lifetime.

  • Positive result: 63% of correct answers (38 points)

Take2 – re-sit exam option

Take2 has been prepared for participants who want to feel more confident when taking the exam. This solution is currently available for Peoplecert-accredited exams only.

Purchasing this product allows you to re-take the exam in case the first attempt fails.

The possibility of using this solution applies to both paper and electronic exams. Regardless of the form of the first exam, the second approach is always online exam.

Purchasing a second exam approach is binding and non-refundable/changeable. Take2 is executed only in case of failure in the first attempt (it does not give the opportunity to improve the result from the first approach).

The cost of Take2 is 285 PLN + VAT, which is a small part of the price of the exam. The purchase can be made through the Application Form: just check the option "Take2 – re-sit exam option".
