This is a one-of-a-kind, unique training conveying theoretical knowledge along with demonstrating its practical approach. It is a unique combination of tips on how to use the Scrum GuideTM and illustrating them in action.
In this training, the theoretical part takes less than half of the time, while the rest are practical exercises to help you acquire the necessary competences.
The training includes a full set of knowledge and skills needed to start or systematize work in a SCRUM team. In addition, it contains many workshop elements during which theoretical knowledge will be used in practice. Training participants will have the opportunity to use Planning Poker cards, Scrum Board, as well as draw and analyze Burning Charts on an ongoing basis.
Also, basic mistakes in implementing Scrum principles in the organization (ScrumBut), supporting tools, etc. will be discussed.
The training covers issues preparing for the Scrum Master certification under the Agile Business Consortium and APMG-International schema. Note - this exam is only available in English!
Scrum - due to its agility combined with focus on team work and prompt delivery of products - will be especially useful for people working in large organizations and corporations, both on the business and technical side. It also works great wherever technology, requirements and the environment change very quickly, preventing you from successfully running projects in a traditional way.
Scrum framework is also recommended for people/companies that start new ventures and want to verify the next "increases" of the product in terms of business usability; Thanks to this, decisions regarding the direction of new product development or the legitimacy of further investments will be more optimal
General knowledge of the characteristics of project work is sufficient.
An additional advantage is the experience in projects carried out with cascade methodologies - this will help to see and understand the differences in the approach to project implementation
