Training description

This is a one-of-a-kind, unique training conveying theoretical knowledge along with demonstrating its practical approach. It is a unique combination of tips on how to use the Scrum GuideTM and illustrating them in action.

In this training, the theoretical part takes less than half of the time, while the rest are practical exercises to help you acquire the necessary competences.

The training includes a full set of knowledge and skills needed to start or systematize work in a SCRUM team. In addition, it contains many workshop elements during which theoretical knowledge will be used in practice. Training participants will have the opportunity to use Planning Poker cards, Scrum Board, as well as draw and analyze Burning Charts on an ongoing basis.

Also, basic mistakes in implementing Scrum principles in the organization (ScrumBut), supporting tools, etc. will be discussed.

The training covers issues preparing for the Scrum Master certification under the Agile Business Consortium and APMG-International schema. Note - this exam is only available in English!
