Accredited training


During the training participants will learn the most important principles, themes, processes and other aspects of PRINCE2 as project management methodology, and learn to adapt the method to the organization's environment and also apply specific techniques.

This training prepares for the PRINCE2 Foundation certification.



Duration

2 days in traditional classroom option

2 days in online option

4 days in 'before noon' online option


Goals

  • Getting to know the PRINCE2 methodology at a level that allows you to work in a project managed in accordance with this methodology
  • Preparation for the PRINCE2 Foundation certification


After finishing the course each participant will:

  • understand the principles, processes and themes
  • be able to explain how they are used or applied in the project
  • know the roles and responsibilities of those involved in the project
  • know how to correctly apply the process and techniques.

  • members of management boards and directors who are part of the steering committees
  • team leaders and managers
  • project team mambers
  • managers responsible for supervision and quality control


Pre-requisites

General knowledge of the project work and typical tasks of the project manager.


Exam and certification

The course ends with the PRINCE2 Foundation certification exam. The exam lasts 60 minutes and consists of 60 single-choice test questions. To pass, 55% of correct answers are required (33 marks).

We usually organize the exam at the end of the last day of the course.

Before and during the training, participants have the opportunity to check their knowledge in numerous test questions.

The PRINCE2 Foundation certificate is awarded for life - it does not expire.
