Training description

PRINCE2 Agile is a way to combine the Agile agile approach with the traditional PRINCE2 project management standard.

Participation in this training does not require any certificates (in contrast to the PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner training), while obtaining the PRINCE2 Agile Foundation certificate enables participation in the PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner training.

The training is conducted in Polish on Polish-language training material, with an exam in Polish.


For whom?

The training is dedicated both to people who work or intend to work as project managers and project team members in organizations applying or intending to apply the PRINCE2 methodology as part of an AGILE approach.


Goals

  • explanation of the purpose of the PRINCE2 connection and agile methods
  • assessment of how the PRINCE2 principles can support project management, taking into account Agile approaches
  • preparation for the PRINCE2 Agile Foundation exam.


Pre-requisites

A general knowledge of the project work is recommended.
