P3O® Practitioner is a course to consolidate and extend Foundation knowledge so candidates would be well prepared to take P3O Practitioner exam. (currently available in English)
The training is focused on full understanding of how P3O operates and how it is implemented. Plus preparing the candidates to the Practitioner level exam. (in English).
The course is dedicated for:
1 day of training, exam on the 2nd day.
Accredited training with certification examination - the exam is organised on the day after the training.
The entire event takes two days: 1 day of training + exam on the next day.

P3O Practitioner is an exam which tests the understanding o P3O concepts. It is based on a specific sample scenario related to the implementation and functioning of P3O in an organisation which completes programmes and projects as part of a portfolio. It is a 2½-hour exam consisting of 7 question groups, each worth max. 10 points (all must be answered). To pass, a participant must get at least 40 points. The questions are multiple choice, related to the exam scenario and P3O model, tasks consisting in ordering statements and tasks consisting in determining whether the explanation provided actually explains the given statement. The style of the P3O Practitioner exam is similar to that of the PRINCE2 Practitioner exam.
