MSP® Practitioner is a training to consolidate and complement the knowledge gained during the MSP Foundation course, so a candidate would be able to sit and pass the MSP Practitioner exam.
The training is focused on full understanding of the programme anatomy (themes), Transformation Flow (processes), ways of establishing and maintaining the programme governance in accordance with the principles and of course on MSP Practitioner exam preparation.
The training is meant for:
MSP Foundation knowledge. MSP Practitioner candidates must have already passed their MSP Foundation level examination. Project management knowledge and understanding PRINCE2 will be helpful to master MSP Practitioner level.
1 day of training, exam on the 2nd day.
Accredited training with the certification exam- we organize the exam the day after the training.
The whole event takes two days: one day of training + an exam the next day.

MSP Practitioner is an exam to test understanding MSP and applying the concept to given sample specific programme scenario. This is 2½ hours exam composed of 8 group of question giving a chance to earn 10 marks for each group. (each question should be answered). The pass rate is 50% (50 marks). The exam is organized in the agreed date. There are different test styles used within the exam: multiple choice, multiple responses, matching, assertion/reason and the style is similar as to the one used in PRINCE2 Practitioner exam.
