Accredited training with Kinshasa project simulation 

During the training participants learn the most important concepts, principles and assumptions of AgilePM as a project management method, and learn to apply the process and specific techniques. Thanks to the Kinshasa simulation game, participants experience in practice how to work with an agile project.

The training prepares you for AgilePM Foundation certification.

  • understanding the differences between agile and classic project management
  • getting to know the AgilePM method at a level that allows you to work in a project managed this way
  • preparation for AgilePM Foundation certification

After finishing the course each participant will:

  • know the philosophy and principles underlying AgilePM
  • understand roles and responsibilities in the context of their use in the project
  • be able to correctly apply the process and techniques
  • know the basic principles of effective team work

General knowledge of the project work can be helpful.

Exam and certification

The training ends with an AgilePM Foundation certification exam. The exam lasts 40 minutes and consists of 50 single-choice test questions. To pass, 50% of correct answers are required (25 points). We usually organize the exam on the last day of the training.

Before and during the training, participants have the opportunity to check their knowledge in numerous test questions.

The AgilePM Foundation certificate is awarded for life - it does not expire.
