The training introduces the concepts of communication and leadership in relation to management.
The theory of team building, stages of its development and the role of the leader in shaping it are discussed in detail. The issues of development and maintenance of interpersonal relations, conflict management and negotiations are mentioned.
The training is based on the Project Management Institute standard described in the basic publication of the PMBOK® Guide, on generally recognized studies in the field of psychology and on the experience of the trainers conducting the classes.
It includes many hands-on exercises.
