Accredited training with examination in project, program and portfolio management at the Practitioner level.
The training prepares for the Praxis Practitioner exam. It is only available to Praxis Foundation certification holders.
The course explains the Processes related to Projects and Programs, how to use and adapt the Management functions (P3M) as well as the interpersonal skills that a P3 manager may need in a given situation.
It is “participatory” – candidates are encouraged to share their own experiences during the course of the study. This means that the trainer is more of a “moderator”. Case studies are used to illustrate the topics of the course and the experience of the candidates and the teacher is used, supported by practical examples.
