Interactive training presenting the stakeholder management process from the first activities in the project to its completion. During the training, the tools and methods for each of the steps and how to use them are discussed, along with practical tips on what to pay special attention to. Links with other aspects of project management such as risk management, change management, communication management are shown.
During the training, participants have the opportunity to assess their current stakeholder management and set directions for further improvement.
It includes many hands-on exercises.

The training is based on the Project Management Institute (PMI) ® standard described in the basic PMBOK® Guide publication, on generally recognized studies in the field of project management and on the experience of the trainers who conduct the classes.
The aim of the training is to learn about the appropriate methods and tools and to understand how through appropriate stakeholder management you can influence the success of the project.
The training includes references to related areas: risk management, change management and the Agile approach.
Personal and managerial skills courses are a good complement to this training.
