The training presents a proven approach to collecting requirements and building a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and a Product Breakdown Structure (PBS). It includes effective techniques for arranging and optimizing good work schedules in projects. It also includes tasks related to the monitoring and control of work progress in relation to the adopted schedule.
The training is based on the PMI standard described in the basic PMBOK® Guide publication, on the assumptions of the PRINCE2 methodology, and on the experiences of the trainers who conduct the classes.
The training includes many practical exercises.
