The training is a workshop and lectures. Its main goal is to provide practical knowledge in the field of systemic process management based on the Lean Six-Sigma methodology and the DMAIC process improvement cycle.
It includes an overview of the methods, tools and techniques of lean Lean management and a practical introduction to the methodology. The course combines elements of lecture, discussions, consultations and case studies.
The training prepares you for the Six Sigma Yellow Belt exam and obtaining an international certificate.
