Accredited training in IT service management.
The Service Capability modules includes four training courses that combine IT service management processes into logically related areas.
During the training, it is possible to get acquainted with the recommendations of ITIL® good practices, moreover, there are many practical exercises that allow you to learn and master the techniques of implementing and managing IT processes. Exercise takes about 50% of training time.
Each training session lasts 5 days and ends with a formal exam that allows you to obtain an international certificate in a given area.

Our participants get:
Intermediate exams are conducted in the form of a test. Each exam contains 8 questions, each question relates to the scenario. You can choose one of four answers to each question:
The exam lasts 90 minutes and is conducted in English.
For people taking the exam in a language other than their native language, it is possible to use a dictionary and extend the duration of the exam to 120 minutes.
A minimum of 70% of the points (at least 28 of the possible 40 points) is required to pass the exam.
Take2 – re-sit exam option
Take2 has been prepared for participants who want to feel more confident when taking the exam. This solution is currently available for Peoplecert-accredited exams only.
Purchasing this product allows you to re-take the exam in case the first attempt fails.
The possibility of using this solution applies to both paper and electronic exams. Regardless of the form of the first exam, the second approach is always online exam.
Purchasing a second exam approach is binding and non-refundable/changeable. Take2 is executed only in case of failure in the first attempt (it does not give the opportunity to improve the result from the first approach).
The cost of Take2 is 285 PLN + VAT, which is a small part of the price of the exam. The purchase can be made through the Application Form: just check the option "Take2 – re-sit exam option".
