ITIL® 4 Specialist: Create, Deliver & Support [CDS]

Accredited training with examination in the field of IT service management.

The training covers basic activities related to creating, delivering and supporting services. It is an extension of the existing scope of ITIL v3 with information related to the creation of services.

The course program covers ITIL 4 key practices that will help you understand the main success factors contributing to the creation, delivery and support of services within the Service Value System (SVS).

It is only available to holders of the ITIL 4 Foundation certificate.

The training prepares you for the ITIL 4 Specialist: Create, Deliver & Support exam and for obtaining an international certificate.

WARNING! According to the guidelines of the accreditation, the training can only be purchased together with the certification exam from 1.11.2019.

The training is conducted on English-language training material.

The ITIL 4 CDS training provides information and guidance on many areas that are required to build and maintain a broad portfolio of "professional" services - collaboration, strong and positive culture, integrated teams and employee satisfaction.

The course provides information on the integration of various value streams and activities to create, deliver, and support IT products and services.

The examination questions relate to the sample project scenario and ITIL 4 issues. These are tasks consisting in ordering the order of the statements and determining whether the provided explanation actually explains the given statement.

The ITIL 4 Specialist: Create, Deliver & Support certificate is granted for lifetime.

Exam details:

  • Duration: 90 minutes (or 113 minutes for non-native speakers)
  • Volume: 40 single-choice questions
  • Positive result: 70% of correct answers (28 points)
  • Language: English
