The training covers all aspects of change management, including the impact of change on people and the broadly understood implications of introducing changes in organizations. During the training, participants go through the entire process of change management, from identifying the need for change to its consolidation in the organization.
The training is based on a set of good practices promoted by the Change Management Institute – CMI and is fully compliant with the CMI Change Manager Competency Model competency model.
The training prepares you for the Change Management Foundation exam and obtaining an international certificate.

The training has been designed in such a way that students will learn about the change not only from the perspective of those who implement or sponsor it, but also those who are subject to this change.
It allows you to develop a number of skills, including: appointing a team to manage change, defining a vision for change, developing strategies and plans, communicating change, engaging stakeholders.
Before the training, students receive additional materials that allow them to familiarize themselves with the basic concepts, which are then discussed in detail during the training.
The course is divided into modules. After each of them, sample exam questions are solved, which allows for gradual building of knowledge and effective preparation for the subsequent test.
