Accredited training with two examinations: in the field of Agile project management and Agile business analysis.
As part of the AgilePM & AgileBA Foundation training, participants will learn the basics covering the philosophy, principles, roles and responsibilities, processes and products of agile management. The course is complemented by knowledge in the area of business analysis: constructing a business case, modeling and conducting facilitated workshops.
The solid theoretical foundations of the course have been enriched with exercises to help understand the impact of temperaments, emotions, communication, group process, conflict and change on the successful implementation of an Agile project.
The training prepares you for AgilePM Foundation & AgileBA Foundation exams and for obtaining international certificates.

The training takes the form of an intensive course aimed at imparting methodological knowledge. It was developed in such a way as to cover all areas of agile project management.
Before the training, students receive additional materials that allow them to familiarize themselves with the basic concepts, which are then discussed in detail during the training.
The course is divided into modules. After each of them, sample exam questions are solved, which allows for gradual building of knowledge and effective preparation for the subsequent test.

Students also get access to mock exams, which allow them to familiarize themselves with the structure of the test and to check their skills.
Certification covers the material discussed during the training and the one assigned as the participants' own work.
AgilePM Foundation and AgileBA Foundation certificates are granted for life.
