The AgilePgM approach tells how manage programs consisting of projects carried out in accordance with the principles of Agile Project Management and projects in accordance with other approaches (eg PRINCE2 or PMI).
The course presents the principles to be followed when managing the program in an agile manner, discusses the life cycles of the Project and Program, their organizational structure and recommended documents.
The training prepares you for the AgilePgM Foundation exam and obtaining an international certificate. It is essential to have a handbook during the training.

The training is conducted in Polish on English-language training materials.
The course is divided into modules. After each of them, sample exam questions are solved, which allows for gradual building of knowledge and effective preparation for the subsequent test.
