The TRIM model includes all necessary processes, procedures, roles and templates needed to implement IT management services, so that they are delivered in an effective way and with a value which is expected by business.

The training scope contains basic issues in the field of management of providing IT services and a description of a model which contains all necessary processes, procedures, roles and templates needed to implement IT service management and adapt it to the requirements and specifics of small, medium and large organizations.
The training lasts two days and contains lectures, practice secessions, both individual and in groups, question time, discussions and a knowledge test.
Training conducted in Polish on English-language materials. The certification exam is available only in English and is carried out at the end of the second training day.
