John Williams
Agile Business Consortium

CEO of Agile Business Consortium. He has an extensive background in the public, private and third sectors, including stockbroking, inward investment promotion, international business, banking and higher education. He has lived or worked in the Far East, Middle East, North America and Europe as well as the UK, and has owned companies in the UK and Hong Kong. John is also a Director of the Transformation Trust, a charity supporting disadvantaged youth in the UK, and has worked with the Probation Service, HRH The Prince of Wales’ Business Trust, the Cabinet Office, and has work-shadowed a member of the Royal family. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute and a Fellow of the Institute of Commercial Managers.

Grzegorz Poręcki

Consultant, manager, advisor and trainer in the field of change management, project management and corporate architecture. Manager with more than 25 years of experience in managerial positions in global companies and small and middle size organizations in Poland and United States. Specializes in improving operational efficiency, business processes and integration. Has extensive experience in team management, including international teams. MBA graduate from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign in cooperation with the University of Warsaw as well as an M.S. in electronics and information technology from Warsaw University of Technology. Accredited PRINCE2® , AgilePM®, AgileBA®, ITIL®, Praxis ™ and TOGAF® 9 trainer.

Dragos Malihin

Service Management Consultant and ITIL Trainer, cooperating with OMEC. He has been part of the IT world for the past 17 years, out of which 10 in ITIL environments of all sizes. Over the past 5 years, he has been leveraging his extensive international ITSM experience in combination with Agile practices (mostly PRINCE2 Agile and Scrum), helping businesses drive even more value from their IT and technology.

Katarzyna Róża Nowak

A graduate of the Faculty of Economics at the University of Economics in Krakow and a psychology student at the SWPS University in Warsaw. Former Board Member of AIESEC Poland. She conducted workshops and training across Poland, Europe and Asia. She was coordinating many coaching and mentoring programs. Her career started in Harvard Business Review Poland. Currently she is responsible for the business development of OMEC’s training portfolio abroad. She actively cooperates with training companies by designing educational programs that develop competencies and emotional intelligence. Enthusiast of evidence-based approach in consulting work. She conducts empirical research in the field of positive psychology.
