The Hearach Oloroso Cask Matured 46% 70cl

with  just a hint of beach campfire smoke drifting through

Nose: Mellow and relaxed

with a sweet and leathery note adding to the complexity of the mid palate alongside some soft oak and superb sherry fruits

A combination of oloroso hogsheads and bourbon casks are pretty effective at tempering the smoke

springtime grass and manuka honey

maple syrup with a dash of sweet peppers

the finish of this dram is a nice balance of hops and sweet spice with a creamy vanilla

grounded coffee

Nose: Some rich and sweet citrus notes or candied orange peel and caramel

tropical fruits like pineapple and ripe banana add to the rich mix on the palate
