Fanny Sabre - 2023 Bourgogne Rouge variety_Pinot Noir Chardonnay You can expect tropical fruitThis wine is not quite Pommard, but it is as close as you can get without it being so. Fannys Bourgogne Rouge comes from three formerly Pommard plots which were declassified after World War 2! The soil is clay and iron, typical of Pommard terroir. The vines are approximately 40 years old and the viticulture is organic certified by ECOCERT. Whole bunches were macerated in open tronconique oak vats with punch down and pump over twice per day for
